Terms of Service

All systems, software, designs, and code developed by INS Technology remain the exclusive intellectual property of INS Technology until all contractual obligations are met and a formal transfer of rights is executed. We retain the right to revoke access to any INS-controlled asset if terms are violated. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering of our technology is strictly prohibited.

Services provided by INS Technology are to be used strictly for their intended business purposes. Any attempt to exploit, disrupt, or manipulate our infrastructure will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action. We maintain full authority to define what constitutes "acceptable use."

While we strive for perfection, INS Technology controls the service environment but cannot control external factors. We are not liable for damages resulting from third-party integrations, user negligence, or force majeure events. Our liability is strictly limited to the terms defined in our service agreements.

INS Technology reserves the absolute right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Services shall be instituted in a competent court in Nepal.
